EMIS Access online services
In co-operation with EMIS, our computer system supplier, we're providing a service that enables you access to your healthcare online.
Once you have created an EMIS account you will be able to access the following online services:
> Book/Cancel an appointment with your doctor
> Request repeat prescriptions/medication
> Update your personal information
How do I create an EMIS account?
In order to book appointments online, you need to register with emis access, our clinical systems provider.
To register and create an account you will need a PIN.
To get your PIN, you will need to contact us so that we can generate your PIN which you can then collect from our reception.
When you come to collect your PIN, we ask that you bring along some photo ID (a passport, photo driving licence etc). This is so that we can verify your identity and protect your confidentiality.
Once you have your PIN you can register with emis access and start making appointments online straight away.

This practice allows community health service clinical staff directly involved in your care to access parts of your medical record. Your consent will be asked before this can take place. If you do not wish this to happen, please let the practice know.
